Our Team

Pastors Jay and Tiffany Gilbert are the Founders of Voices For The Unborn Pregnancy Center.

Both Pastors Jay and Tiffany are residents of Pittsburgh; however, prior to moving to Pittsburgh in 2014, Pastor Jay pastored a church in New York from 2003-2014, and was joined by his wife in 2011. Pastor Jay is currently the Senior Pastor of Another Level Ministries located in Mount Washington (central Pittsburgh), where he and his wife Tiffany have ministered since 2015.

Both Pastors Jay and Tiffany received a call to expand the ministry and open up a crisis pregnancy center in the Spring of 2021 Their hearts are filled with compassion for mothers/families who are experiencing unplanned and unexpected pregnancies, and desire through the guidance of Jesus to aid in providing an alternative through assistance, education and empowerment.
